Cancellation Policy
Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies strives to provide exceptional care to our clients and their families. We aim to provide care in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, missed clinic appointments and frequent cancellations do impact our ability to provide quality services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us [info@puremassageclinic.com] at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice for services will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 Insurance receipts will not be provided for missed appointments. Missed appointment fees are not an insured service. Appointments cannot be rescheduled until outstanding invoices for missed appointments are paid in full.
