Next, an evaluation of the most common shoes worn is done to get a good base of historic gait patterns. Based on the findings, treatment options of exercise prescription, footwear and/or custom-made orthotics are presented. When orthotics are selected, a 3-dimensional cast of the feet is done in order to make the custom-made orthotics in our in-house lab. The two types of casting we do are slipper plaster cast and foam box molds.

Other services we offer are;
-Bracing: Custom or off-the-shelf knee or ankle bracing. Common reasons for use are post-operative, chronic joint issues or prophylactic.

The concept of the Headspa originated from the Aruvedic culture in India over 3000 years ago. This style of head massage and scalp cleansing effectively promotes the health of your scalp and hair while also promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. Our specifically designed equipment, organic, vegan and Canadian-made products deliver unparalleled comfort and results.

The multi-sensory treatment begins with your practitioner assessing your scalp and hair health and build-up level. They will perform exfoliation of the scalp and remove any debris. Next, the practitioner will massage your scalp using reflexology points, and traditional Gua Sha techniques that will not only help provide you with ultimate relaxation but help promote optimal blood flow to the scalp and promote hair growth. Then the scalp is cleansed and conditioned. A hair mask specific to your needs is applied, while the scalp and hair are steamed for ultimate absorption.

Following the steam enjoy the warm halo waterfall gently cascading down your hair while your face and neck are massaged. After your hair is thoroughly rinsed a finishing oil is applied to hair ends, towel dried, and combed. (A blow dryer is available for use however, the use of hot tools immediately post-treatment is discouraged.)
